What are Webcasts? Webcasts are expert-driven,
Web-based CPE programs that focus on specific technical subjects or
practice niche. They are available live, as they happen, and allow
you to interact and join in on the discussion with the presenters.
Webcasts are very timely and convenient.

Late for Webcast
What do I need to do
to participate in a Webcast? What are the system
requirements?
Before the Webcast, please be sure your computer meets the following
minimum system requirements:
- Media Player: Microsoft Windows Media Player or Real Networks RealPlayer
- Operating System: Windows 95/98/2000/NT
- Processor: Pentium 166 or greater
- Memory: 32 MB RAM; 64 MB RAM (recommended)
- Video: 256-colour video card
- Sound: 16-bit sound card, speakers
- Internet: Recommended: 56.6kbps modem or equivalent network connection (for full-motion video);
28.8kbps modem (for freeze-frame video). A dial-up connection will cause the audio and video to slow down.
- Browser: Internet Explorer 4.0/Netscape 4.5 or higher (Java enabled)

How do I connect to
the Webcast on the day of the event?
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the
URL and instructions on how to access the Webcast.
STEP 1
Print out a copy of the
PowerPoint presentation (part of the e-mail with instructions) so
that you will have it available for reference during the
Webcast.
If you do not have PowerPoint installed on your computer, please download a
FREE reader version of PowerPoint .
Important : This download allows users to
open and view PowerPoint 2000 presentations.
STEP 2
Shortly before the Webcast, go
to the e-mail address indicated in the instructions
STEP 3
Enter your First Name: (example: John)
STEP 4 Enter your Last
Name: (example: Smith)
STEP
5 Enter your e-mail
address: (example:
jsmith@aol.com).
At this
point, you should be logged in and ready to receive the
Webcast.
